LETTER TO FUTURE SPONSORS

Our first annual Brad-Fest was a huge success, and we are looking forward to
another amazing event this year. We understand that no one knew exactly what to expect from our first year, but we were overwhelmed with the support and flawless execution of the event. None of this could have been possible without the sponsors, volunteers, and love for Brad Elmore.

Whether you knew Brad or not, his legacy is felt throughout our town, and we couldn’t be more thankful to those of you who choose to support us solely because you are touched by our cause.

Because of the 75 gracious sponsors in 2023 we were able to plan and execute the inaugural Brad-Fest just as we knew Brad would want it. After the event we made charitable donations to several organizations which were near and dear to Brad including SAFE, RADD, LCSPCA, The Jeep Affair,
GI Joes, Vernon Dialysis, Mary’s Soup Kitchen, and St. Johns Masonic Lodge. We have also been able to give back to things such as the rebirth of Downtown Kinston’s Sand in the Streets summer concert series and other local charity events. We will continue to make donations yearly and to
give back locally to these important organizations as well as any others that we see fit along the way. Brad had such a giving heart, and we plan to continue to do just that in his honor.

Brad-Fest 2024 will be held on 10/19/2024 and the planning has already begun! With such a successful Fest this past year there won’t be much that we will change. Our hope is that we will continue to grow and keep Brads memory alive while also bringing friends and music lovers alike together to support his vision of making downtown Kinston the place to be.
